One audit, one fixed price

SEO audit service.

For pages that are not getting indexed, traffic lost after a change, or a second opinion on work already done. I review the evidence and deliver a ranked plan you can act on.

What’s included.

Every part below is in the same audit. I read your site and data myself, then connect the findings to an order of work.

Technical SEO

I check crawling, rendering and indexing before moving to the rest of the site.

Search Console

Your Search Console and analytics data come before a tool score. I look at which pages and searches gained or lost, and where the problems started.

On-page & content

I review the content itself alongside titles, headings, internal links and structured data.

Keywords & competitors

I compare the searches you rank for, the ones you should rank for, and what the sites above you do differently.

AI search

I check how your site appears in answers from ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, Gemini and Claude. This is part of the same audit.

The ranked plan

I check each finding against your data, set aside warnings that would change nothing, and rank the remaining work by impact and effort.

What you receive.

  • A written report. Evidence for each finding, checks with no action needed, and the limits of the available data.
  • A ranked action plan. Each fix names the URLs or templates affected, its impact and effort, and the number to watch.See a sample plan
  • A walkthrough call. We go through both together with whoever will make the fixes.
Coverage is explicit. On large sites I work from templates and samples of pages. The delivery commitment remains within 14 business days of data access.

When this audit fits.

Pages are not getting indexed.

I review the Pages report, sample URL inspections, crawl paths, internal links, rendering, canonical tags, duplicates and thin pages.

Check first: inspect a sample of the URLs in Search Console. An unindexed filter page, tag or duplicate may not need a fix.

Tell me about the indexing problem

Traffic fell after a change.

I compare the period before and after the redesign or migration, including redirects, dropped pages, titles, internal links and new templates.

Check first: compare the four weeks before and after launch in Search Console. Ask your developer to check any obvious redirect or launch mistake.

Tell me what changed

You want a second opinion.

I read the earlier report, the agency’s work or the redesign plan against your own data. I keep, drop or re-rank open items, with the reason.

Describe the work you want reviewed

What is not included.

  • The fixes themselves.
  • Conversion rate is outside the audit, though page speed is checked as part of Core Web Vitals.
  • A backlink profile review.
  • Local SEO and Google Business Profile.
  • Ongoing monthly work or a retainer.

Your developer or editor can work from the plan. If you ask me to make the fixes, I quote that separately after the audit, when the work is known.

The platform is not the limit.

I can review any site a crawler can reach, including WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce, Webflow, Wix, HubSpot and custom JavaScript sites.

I write the audit in English. For a site in another language I can review technical SEO and Search Console data, but the wording itself needs a reader of that language.

When I would not start with an audit.

  • The site is new and has almost no search data.
  • Nobody can make the fixes in the next few months.
  • Pages are indexed, traffic is steady and no change is planned.

Tell me about the site first. If an audit is not what it needs, I will say so on the free first call.

Before the work starts.

What access do you need?
Read access to Google Search Console and your analytics. I never ask for write access or passwords. Three to five competitors, the purpose of your site and earlier SEO reports are also useful. You do not need to share account access in the first enquiry.
Do you guarantee rankings or AI citations?
No. I do not promise a ranking, traffic increase or AI citation. The audit gives you evidence, an estimate of impact and effort, and a clear plan of work. The 14-business-day commitment is for delivery, not for ranking improvements.
How is this different from a free tool or AI report?
A crawler or AI tool can help collect and organize findings. I use tools too. What you are buying here is my review of your site and data, the evidence behind each recommendation, and my judgment about what to fix first. AI tools draft parts of the report, and I read and check every finding before you see it.
Inside an audit

Five pages competed for one search.

A finding from the previous version of this site, for the search “content audit services”.

01 / Evidence

Three pages shared one title. Two more repeated the phrase in theirs.

02 / Recommendation

Make the home page the one page for the search, and 301 three of the others to it.

03 / Limit

The audit cannot show that consolidating the pages brings the May position back.

Four steps from access to a plan.

The delivery clock starts when I have read access to the data. I take at most two audits a month.
