How to Calculate Scores

  1. Rate each category on a scale of 1-10 for every content piece
  2. Apply weights to each category score:
    Weighted Score = (Business × 0.30) + (Performance × 0.25) + (Quality × 0.20) + (Potential × 0.15) + (Resources × 0.10)
  3. Sort by weighted score to identify top priorities
  4. Group into priority levels based on the scale above
